We can start with an undeveloped tract of land and assist the client through the entire process of site development. Survey services, including ALTA/ASCM, can be completed along with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. We also assist in the process of rezoning, platting, and annexing in accordance with local requirements. Public improvements can be designed, meeting the requirements of State agencies and either constructed by the Owner of by Public Improvement Districts.
